Financial Documents and Policies

The Foundation’s mission is to meet charitable community needs through leadership, grants and services. One way we achieve our mission is to facilitate prudent management and care of our funds.

The Foundation believes the best long-term performance will be achieved through a balanced portfolio consisting of 75% equities and 25% fixed income and cash. The funds are invested with Vanguard and governed by a local Finance Committee at GSCF.

We are confident in our performance and rate well when compared to other investment pools. We are currently ranked 1st in the nation in our investment returns for our asset size.  See our GSCF Investment Results to see where we rank among other comparative indices.
