Criteria:

• Applicants must be high school seniors qualified from Ell-Saline High School.
• Applicants must attend Kansas State University Manhattan, Fort Hays State, Kansas State University Salina Aerospace and Technology Campus, or Salina Area Technical College.
• Applicants must have a high school GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
• Applicants must provide two letters of recommendation from a teacher, community member, or club advisor. No close relatives will be accepted.
• Student must submit a resume and essay.
• In cases of equal merit, financial need will be the determining factor.

Renewal Criteria:
This scholarship is not eligible for renewal.
