Meghan Hessman, the owner of Sunflower Follies Art Studio, is a local artist here in Salina, KS. She works primarily with watercolor and acrylic to create anything from garden inspired paintings to cityscapes, reimagined dinosaurs, whimsical pet portraits, animated insects and even silly animals - hence the follies! Many of her original paintings and prints are donated to local charity fundraisers including the Lindsborg Chocolate Lovers Affair, KU Salina Student Medical Outreach, Love Chloe Gala, Theatre Salina, the Cardinal Foundation, and Salina Charities League.
