GSCF Nonprofit Holiday Card Program

The Greater Salina Community Foundation is getting into the Holiday Spirit with a Nonprofit Holiday Card Program! Donors can make a donation of $20 or more to a fund of their choosing at GSCF in honor of someone special. Then, we will send out a personalized card to their special someone announcing the gift made in their honor. Check out the links below for more information, a printable fund list, and order form!

GSCF Receives Outstanding Foundation Award

The Greater Salina Community Foundation received the “2024 Outstanding Foundation Award” as part of AFP Kansas Heartland’s National Philanthropy Day Awards. National Philanthropy Day is a special day set aside to recognize and pay tribute to the great contributions that philanthropy—and those people active in the philanthropic community—have made to our lives, our communities and our world.

Community Foundation Announces Giving Pledge

The Greater Salina Community Foundation is excited to announce a community wide giving pledge to raise future funds for local nonprofits through the Give Back 5 Community Giving Pledge Campaign. The campaign challenges individuals to commit to donating at least 5% of their retirement or other investment accounts to local nonprofits by designating nonprofits as a charitable beneficiary.
