• Applicants must be high school seniors qualified from graduation from Ell-Saline High School
• Applicants must attend Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS
• Preference will be given to students with a 3.0-3.5 cumulative high school GPA
• Applicants must submit one letter of reference from someone other than a relative
