BACKGROUND:
The Frances E. Curtis NAACP Scholarship was established to assist students with ties to the NAACP-Salina.

GEOGRAPHIC LIMITATIONS:
Any Dickinson, Ottawa, or Saline County high school senior or graduate

CRITERIA:

• Applicant must be eligible for graduation or have graduated from a high school located within Dickinson, Ottawa or Saline Counties.
• Applicant must be accepted for admission to an accredited post-secondary institution.
• Applicant must be active in or have a close family member active in NAACP-Salina.
• Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Applicant must submit an application, including an essay and letters of recommendation.

This award is not renewable.
